• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be attached and intact.
• Custom-sized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless the product has a clear manufacturing defect.
• Items with visible wear, damage, stains, odors, or signs of alteration will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned within the return window specified below.
• Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Return Window

If the item does not meet your expectations or you changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages, so please retain proof of postage and tracking information.

Conditions for Accepted Returns

• The item is packed securely using the original or similar protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color:

• Exchanges will only be processed after the original item is returned and inspected.
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Non-Returnable Items
